Hello Family,
We are having Round 2 for Executive Board Positions. Currently, the positions listed below need to be filled:
– President
Chief Financial Officer
– Financial Secretary
– Chaplain
– Parliamentarian
You can nominate yourself if interested or you can nominate someone else. Please give the person a heads up if you will be nominating them. Here is the template for nominations:
Executive Board Nomination Template Requirements
1. Name
2. Picture of only YOU or the PERSON you are nominating
3. Executive Board Position
4. Candidate Question: What is your vision for the Coley-Avent Family Association and how will you strive to be effective in your position? *There is no requirement to how long this question response needs to be, it’s up to you *
Send the nomination to: cafnominatingcommittee@gmail.com by March 20, 2026, at 11:59 pm. No nominations will be accepted after this deadline.
The nominating committee will provide the slate of nominees to the Coley/Avent family members by March 23, 2026 and voting will be on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 11 am.

By March 23, 2026, the nominating committee will provide the slate of nominees to Coley-Avent family members. The vote is scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 11 am.
