Hello Family,
The family will be fellowshipping on Sunday, September 27, 2026. If you would like for your church to be chosen as the host church for “Coley-Avent Family & Friends Day” please submit via the form below. All submissions will be placed together and the winner will be chosen at random from a blind pull. Before submitting your church, here is what we require that you do:
1. Speak to the appropriate dignitaries at your church to ensure that hosting the family is ok and will be allowed. We also want to make sure that they will be ok with the family reunion information form and flyers having the church’s name attached.
2. Ensure that your church has the ability to accommodate the family inside the sanctuary and parking lot. The amount of family members attending will be provided at a later date; currently the planning committee cannot provide an estimated head count.
3. You must be present at service on the 27th to assist with hosting the family. (Unless extenuating circumstances occur.)
FYI: The family color for the weekend is RED.
