Are you excited Coley-Avent Family? As we get closer to our reunion, we want to share a few important details and reminders to ensure everything runs smoothly for everyone.
1. 50/50 Raffle Fundraiser (Cash Only)
Get ready for our family 50/50 raffle fundraiser! While we know everyone enjoys swiping a card or using digital payments, we can only accept CASH for raffle tickets. All proceeds will go toward the family association account to fund future activities and help support our 2027 family reunion.
2. Family Business & Service Directory
We want to highlight and support our family members’ talents and ventures! Please bring your business cards, flyers, or info sheets to display. We will have a designated table available so everyone can connect and find ways to support one another’s businesses down the road.
3. Official Group Family Photo at 4:00 PM
Mark your schedules: our official group family photo will take place at 4:00 PM. We want every single family member in this picture, so please be present at 4:00 PM so we can create a memory that will last for generations.
4. T-Shirt Pickup Schedule & Preference
For those who ordered official reunion t-shirts, here is how pickup will work:
Friday Evening Pickup (Strongly Encouraged): If you are in town or able to stop by on Friday evening, we strongly request that you pick up your t-shirts then. Receiving your shirts on Friday vastly reduces administrative load and allows our event organizers to manage critical on-site responsibilities during Saturday’s festivities.
Saturday Pickup (Available Day-Of): If Friday does not fit your schedule, rest assured that Saturday pickup remains fully available on-site at the reunion.
