Since the 2023 elections, voting has been completed electronically. Previous voting was conducted using an online method that required an email address. The same method will be used for the Coley-Avent Family Association elections on Saturday, March 28, 2026.
All voting will be completed electronically and requires an email address. Even if you join the meeting by landline, you must still submit your vote online. Please plan ahead to ensure you are able to vote electronically.
Voting will take place during a designated time in the Zoom meeting so that results can be announced. Please do not email your vote during the meeting. Only votes submitted through the electronic ballot will be counted.
