CAFA Nominations for Executive Board
Hello Family,
The Coley-Avent Family Association will conduct elections on Saturday March 7, 2026 at 11 am for the executive board positions listed below:
– President
– Vice President
– Secretary
– Chief Financial Officer
– Financial Secretary
– Chaplain
– Parliamentarian
For anyone interested in a position, the information below must be submitted to the nominating committee:

Executive Board Position:
Candidate Question: What is your vision for the Coley-Avent Family Association and how will you strive to be effective in your position?
All nominees should submit the information under the Executive Board Nomination Template to the Nominating Committee.
In addition to the nomination template details, please provide a PICTURE of yourself only. The picture will be included with your template information.
All nomination templates for the executive board must be submitted to the email address cafnominatingcommittee@gmail.com by February 22, 2026, at 11:59 pm. No nominations will be accepted after this deadline.
The nominating committee will provide the slate of nominees to the Coley/Avent family members March 1, 2026 and voting will be on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
