I’m excited to share a summary of the upcoming events for our Coley-Avent Family Reunion from September 6th to 8th. Please note the important deadlines for registration and payment for each event. * Hotel Reservations: Must be made by Monday, August 12th, to secure the group rate.
* Luncheon (September 7th): Payment is due by Saturday, August 24th.
* Bowling (September 6th): Fees are due by Sunday, September 1st.

Friday, September 6, 2024 – Meet & Greet
Family Fun Night – Bowling

Registration Check-in: 5 pm – 5:45 pm
Bowling: 6 pm to 8 pm (2 hours) – Minimum of 2 games
Group Rate: $8 per person per game ($16 for 2 games)
Price includes the shoes
*No money will be collected the day of the event. All paid family members must check-in to receive your wristband. If you do not have a wrist band, you will not be permitted to bowl.

-Payment for luncheon will also be accepted via PayPal
-Money Orders or Cashiers Checks Only – NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED
–Ensure your MO/Cashier Check is mailed in time to be received by 8/24/24.
*Each person attending the brunch will be responsible for paying for your meal.
