The Coley/Avent Family Association will be holding elections on Saturday October 14, 2023 at 10 am for the executive board positions listed below:
– President
– Vice President
– Secretary
– Chief Financial Officer
– Financial Secretary
– Chaplain
– Parliamentarian
For anyone interested in a position, the information below must be submitted to the nominating committee:

If you are nominating yourself, please submit the information under the Executive Board Nomination Template to the Nominating Committee.
If you are nominating someone, do not submit the template information. The nominating committee must confirm the person you are nominating is interested in the position. To confirm the intent of the person that is being nominated, please submit the nominee’s name, email address and phone number. The nominating committee will contact the nominee to confirm their intent before requesting the nominee to complete the template details.
In addition to the nomination template details, please provide a picture of yourself only. The picture will be included with your template information.
All nomination templates and suggestions for nominations for the executive board must be submitted to the email address cafnominatingcommittee@gmail.com by September 1, 2023, at 11:59 pm. No nominations will be accepted after this deadline.
The nominating committee will provide the slate to the executive board for review. After the executive board provides their approval of the slate, the nominating committee will provide the slate of nominees to the Coley/Avent family members the week of September 18th.
